Privacy Policy
This policy has been drafted from our internal data-handling requirements and should receive professional legal review before being relied on for a live commercial launch, particularly for international (NRI) processing and payment-related obligations.
Our core promise
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Health-screening information you share with us is treated as sensitive data and is never used for advertising targeting.
What we collect
Only what we need to run classes and support you: your name and contact details; country and time zone; program and booking selections; a payment reference (never your full card number); any pregnancy or postpartum information you choose to share; health-screening answers required before enrolment; and basic technical/security data (like IP address and browser type) used to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
Strictly for enquiry handling, health screening, booking, payment, delivering and supporting your classes, and legitimate legal or security purposes. We do not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.
Who processes it
We work with a small number of necessary service providers to run the studio: website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, WhatsApp/Meta for messaging, scheduling and video-conferencing tools, and technical/security providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations — we do not sell your information to them, and we don't pretend your data is never shared with anyone; it's shared only with the providers who help us deliver the service to you.
Payments
We never intentionally store your complete card details. Payments are handled by a reputable third-party payment processor.
Marketing
Marketing communication is always optional, never pre-checked for you, and you can opt out at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to what we're required to keep for legal, safety or accounting reasons. We keep your information only as long as reasonably necessary, and we're especially careful to minimise how long we retain health-related data.
International (NRI) students
If you join us from outside India, your information may be processed in India and by service providers located in other countries as part of running the service described above.
Class recordings
We let you know when a class is being recorded. Recordings are kept instructor-focused where possible, you can turn your camera off where that's compatible with the class format, and we do not publicly publish recordings that identify participants without their permission. Access is restricted to authorised users, redistribution is not permitted, and recordings are retained only as reasonably necessary before being deleted.
