Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy has been drafted from our internal requirements and should receive professional legal review before being relied on for a live commercial launch.
Trial class
One reschedule is allowed with at least 6 hours' notice.
1:1 Private program
One reschedule per session is allowed with at least 12 hours' notice.
Group program
Refundable before the program starts, minus a reasonable deduction for actual payment-processing costs where permitted. Once the program has started, it is generally non-refundable.
Recorded-only course
Generally non-refundable once you've been given digital access, except where required by law or in the case of a technical failure on our side.
If we have to cancel
If Sukhaprasava needs to cancel or change a session, we'll offer a replacement session, reschedule, credit or refund as appropriate.
Duplicate payments
If you're charged twice for the same booking, let us know and we'll verify and refund the duplicate charge.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5–7 business days. We never store your complete card details, and refunds are issued back through the same payment processor you paid with.
