What Sukhaprasava is
Sukhaprasava provides yoga, movement, breathing and wellness guidance for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. It is not medical treatment or medical advice, and it does not replace the care of your doctor, midwife or physiotherapist. See our Safety & disclaimer section for details, including symptoms that mean you should stop exercising and seek medical attention.
Your responsibility as a participant
You confirm that you have consulted your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate, that you've completed our health-screening questions honestly, and that you'll follow any restrictions given by your own healthcare provider even where they differ from general class guidance.
Enrolment & schedule
Enrolment is confirmed once your booking and payment are complete. Live class times are shown in Indian Standard Time (IST) alongside your local time where available. Missed live classes may be covered by a recording where your plan includes one — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for rescheduling and refund rules by plan type.
Recordings & intellectual property
Class content, recordings and materials are for your personal practice only. Recordings are not to be redistributed, re-uploaded or shared outside your own use. All class content remains the property of Sukhaprasava.
International payments
Prices for international students are shown primarily in USD. Your bank or card network determines the final exchange rate and any conversion fees they apply; we do not control or guarantee that rate.
Privacy
Your personal and health-screening information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
